Delivery times
Lagos: delivery takes 24 to 72 hours. Other states: usually 2 to 5 working days through GIG Logistics. Times start when your payment is confirmed; orders placed on weekends or public holidays are sent out the next working day.
Delivery in Lagos

- Lagos Mainland 1 (Ojodu Berger, Ogba, Ikosi, Omole, Magodo, OPIC): ₦4,000
- Lagos Mainland 2 (Ikotun, Okota, Festac, Mile 2, Igando, Satellite Town, Ayobo, Abesan, Command, Abule Egba, Mushin, Apapa, Ogudu, Ojota, Maryland, Ago Palace): ₦6,000
- Lagos Mainland 3 (Gbagada, Oshodi, Ketu, Orile, Iganmu, Isolo, Somolu, Ajao Estate, Gowon Estate, Oworonshoki, Bariga, Yaba, Ebute Metta, Surulere, Ojuelegba, Egbeda, Fagba, Obawole, Iju, Ipaja, Agege): ₦6,000
- Oniru & Ikorodu (Oniru (Lagos) and Ikorodu): ₦7,000
- Lagos Island 1 (Ikoyi, Marina, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikate, Jakande, Ikota, VGC, Chevron, Orchid Road, Ologolo): ₦7,000
- Lagos Island 2 (Ajah, Badore, Adesanya, Ogombo, LBS, Sangotedo, Abijo, Awoyaya): ₦7,500
Delivery outside Lagos
Orders outside Lagos are sent through GIG Logistics for pick up at the GIG terminal closest to you. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days. We’ll contact you before sending if your parcel is overweight or courier prices increase.

International orders
We ship worldwide. Place your order and we’ll contact you with the exact shipping cost for your country before we send it. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the customer.
Tracking your order
You’ll get an email when your order is confirmed and when it’s on its way. You can also see your orders under My Account → Orders, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Returns and refunds
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare can’t be returned for a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace the item or refund you. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
