About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases from Beatrice Glow through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can; colours and packaging may vary slightly. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Always read the ingredients, follow the directions for use and do a patch test before first use. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice if needed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is made securely through the payment options shown at checkout (for example Paystack or bank transfer). Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Orders
After you order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We may cancel an order and give a full refund if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Delivery
- Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout. Lagos deliveries usually take 24 to 72 hours; deliveries outside Lagos usually take 2 to 5 working days.
- For deliveries outside Lagos and GIG Logistics pick ups, we will contact you if your parcel is overweight or courier prices increase before dispatch.
- For international orders, we will contact you with the shipping cost after you place your order; your order ships once the shipping cost is paid. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the customer.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Failed or repeated deliveries caused by wrong details may attract an extra fee.
Returns and refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will replace the item or refund you. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Reviews and content
Reviews you post must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other consumer protection laws. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
