Order details: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and the products you buy.

Payment: payments are processed by Paystack (and other payment providers we may offer). We never see or store your full card details.
Messages: what you send us by contact form, email or WhatsApp, including product reviews.
Website data: basic technical data (device, browser, pages visited) and cookies needed for the cart, checkout and login to work.

Why we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders (performance of a contract).
To send order and delivery updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
To answer your questions and handle returns or complaints.
To send newsletters and offers, only if you subscribe; you can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:

Delivery partners (for example dispatch riders or GIG Logistics): your name, phone and address.
Payment providers such as Paystack, to process your payment securely.
Our website hosting and email service providers.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
